REFUND POLICY
Any return or refund requests will not be accepted, once an order is confirmed.
If any of the below circumstances arise, there will be an exception and we will be more than happy to help you with a resolution.
Damaged Product:
- Please notify us of the damaged product within 5 days from delivery date via email to [email protected]
- In the email please attach- order number, image of invoice & 1 clear image of the damaged product to be sent.
- In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
- We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly and we will work with you on providing a solution.
- Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
Spoiled Product:
- Please notify us of the spoilage of product within 5 days from delivery date via email to [email protected]
- In the email please attach, order number, date of packaging/ date of manufacture & a clear image or video of the spoilt product.
- We will work with you on providing a solution.
- Product will be replaced after due investigation and diligence and we assure a fair outcome at all times.
- Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
Missing Product:
- Please notify us of the missing product within 5 days from delivery date via email to [email protected]
- In the email please attach, order number, image of the invoice & 1 clear image of the opened box with all items received to be sent.
- Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
